Are you continuing to work from home? A recent study found some interesting data about working from home during the past year:
39% of participants reported stronger pain in the lower back
46% of participants reported stronger pain in the upper back/neck
27% of participants reported stronger pain in their hands
As we start the new year, now is a perfect time to focus on fine-tuning your workspace. For example, factors that can lead to increased low back pain include a lack of space on the desk to work, not having enough legroom, and not having a desk well-lit enough to work leading to awkward alignment while seated.
